If you’re interested in working together, the first step is simply booking a short call. When you do, I’ll also send over my company executive summary so you can review everything in your own time, before we speak.

During the call, I’ll explain how I work and the type of projects I focus on, and you can ask any questions you have. It’s really just about seeing whether it feels like a good fit on both sides.

If after the call its something you'd like to get involved with, I’ll then share a more detailed company profile along with case studies from previous projects, so you can see how things have worked in practice.

A quick note on timing

Property investing isn’t instant, and I never rush into deals. I’m always looking, but I stick to a strict buying criteria,so opportunities don’t come up every week. If you’d like the best chance of being involved when something does come along, it helps to register your interest early or book a call so I know you’re genuinely keen.

When an opportunity becomes available

If I have a project that might suit you, I’ll send over a full investment summary. This covers everything you need to make an informed decision- the numbers, the plan, and the risks as well as the upside.

There’s never any obligation to go ahead.

If you do decide to move forward, a loan agreement is drawn up. Once it’s signed and funds are transferred (typically towards the purchase and/or refurbishment), your fixed return begins- either paid monthly or rolled up and paid at the end of the term.

Most loans run for a minimum of 12 months. That gives enough time to refurbish, rent and refinance, or sell. I also build contingency into every project in case things take longer than expected, which can happen in property.

During the project

You’ll receive regular updates so you know how things are progressing, or less frequent updates if you prefer. I’m always happy to answer questions along the way.

When the property is sold or refinanced, your original investment is returned to you along with your agreed interest.

And after that?

Some investors choose to reinvest into the next project. Some take the interest and do something nice with it.Others simply enjoy knowing their money has worked harder than it would have sitting in a savings account.

There’s no right answer- it’s completely your choice.

If you’d like to be considered for future opportunities, feel free to book a call. You’ll be the first to hear when something suitable comes up.
