I work with private investors to fund my property projects in South Wales. The funds I raise from investors cover the site purchase and development costs of specific property deals.


When you invest with me, you know exactly what your money is going towards because each investment is tied to a real, tangible project.


Your money is secured via a loan agreement. In return, you receive a fixed return on your investment. You can choose to receive your interest monthly, for regular income, or annually, depending on your preference.



How It Works

  • You invest from £20,000 

  • I use the funds to purchase and develop property

  • You earn a fixed annual return, with interest paid monthly or annually.

  • Your capital is secured against tangible UK property assets.

  • At the end of the project or agreed loan term (usually 12 months) you have the option to withdraw your investment, or keep it invested


This structure allows you to benefit from property returns without having to do the work yourself, no tenants, no maintenance, less stress.
